Community Update – Cricklewood Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT) |

Dear Resident,
On Thursday 7th of August 2025, Cricklewood SNT officers assisted colleagues from Golders Green and Childs Hill SNT during patrols.
While travelling in a minibus, a car pulled out in front of our vehicle, causing an abrupt stop. The car was stopped, and checks revealed the driver was wanted by police. The driver was arrested, and a search of the vehicle and driver led to the discovery of a large quantity of individually wrapped white and brown powder, believed to be Class A drugs. Two additional males were also arrested for intent to supply. Following these arrests, three property warrants were executed later that night. No further evidence was found.
On Wednesday 13th of August 2025, Cricklewood SNT supported Garden Suburb SNT with a welfare visit to a male rough sleeping under the stairs in a communal area. During the visit, the male was arrested for immigration offences relating to overstaying in the UK.
These results are the outcome of our joint work with neighbouring Safer Neighbourhood Teams, carried out in addition to our daily duties on the ward. Cricklewood SNT remains committed to keeping our neighbourhood safe and thanks residents for their ongoing support.
